Very stressful experience trying to check in. First, I somehow got to the wrong location, there are 2 places, one called "Black F House" and the other, a few streets away, called "Black F Tower". However, both buildings simply say "Black F" on them. First I went to the wrong one. There was a very helpful young lady there, who helped me check in but then informed me I had the wrong location. In the correct location, everything is automated and there was no one there. The check-in process was fine until the machine tried to print a key card for the room - it simply gave a non-intuitive error code and started the process over. There was a business card on the desk but the first # was all automated in German and the second # didn't work. I had to run back to the first location before she left at 4, and have her reset the machine. We also tried doing laundry, which was a big reason I booked this- but the laundry requires you to download an app to activate. We couldnt get it to work.

This is by far the most elegant Airbnb place I stayed in. It felt like I was the first to stay here - everything was super sparkly clean and new. Very elegant and modern furniture, super comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen, super clean and new bathroom. 24h self-check-in/-out is super straightforward, excellent wifi. I couldn't ask for more.
