We had a great stay at this adorable pink house. The listing and photos were accurate. It is a second floor rental which did not bother us, yes the back steps were narrow and steep but we expected that from the listing and reviews. We did not experience any noise from the downstairs neighbors. This house is located right by the parkway but the noise was not bad at all, I was expecting the worst based on previous reviews. The house is beautifully decorated , very clean , the beds were very comfortable. The rental had everything that we needed. We loved the three porches. Parking behind the house was great and easy to find. We have no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend this rental to anyone , as long as they are able to climb steps to get to it. lol.

This place was great! It looked exactly like the photos and everything was super clean. It comes with a few basic things in the kitchen like coffee, spices, etc. Plenty of towels and toiletries were provided. The house is super cute with 3 balconies/porches. The location is great, it's only a ten-minute walk to King St. and nothing in the downtown peninsula is more than a 30-minute walk. I was a little worried about the house being close to a larger road, but there is a small street between so it's not right on the larger road, and also the road is not very loud. The host is very responsive and gave us a recommendation book. Super reasonable price and an excellent place! Thank you!!

Would stay again! Had no issues with the street noise as indicated on other reviews. Location was perfect and very easy to find. Had a designated parking space right near the back door entry which was much appreciated. The place was very clean and fresh and we felt very comfortable. Ample amount of supplies provided for us to use during our stay - toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, trash bags, dish washer pods. **BEWARE of the back stairs!** The stairs on the back side of the house are NOT for everyone. These stairs are wildly sleep and windy. They will have you questioning your balance, even when sober. The journey up them isn't too bad; it's the journey down that will leave you regretting you didn't take the front door out. Don't even think about talking down the back stairs in any kind of heel or wedge shoe. You will snap your neck 100%. If you are lugging groceries or luggage in on your first day - go through the front door. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Right on a very busy 4 lane road! Not clear in booking honestly, and the owner occupy downstairs has a very loud calisthenics exercise program every am at 8 sharp! Using a weight ball I think jumping jacks and running in place I’m guessing! Or loud treadmill?! Otherwise nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds and considering location priced well…
