We had a special weekend planned with our son (a student at SUNY Potsdam), and staying at Beth’s Place III was the icing on top of the cake! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We even made our son a birthday cake! In the evenings we had wonderful family time playing the games from the entertainment cabinet. It truly felt like home. I highly recommend this Airbnb, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Beth!

Loved it! Felt right at home and was the perfect place to stay while visiting my daughter at college and to be able to see the Total Solar Eclipse 🌒🌌✨with her on campus. Beth was super friendly, proactive and responsive from start to finish. The place was easy to find, easy off street parking, easy to check in and the apartment neighbors were courteous and respectful. Loved the original features of the house, including the farmhouse sink and the ornate living room window (reminded me of the one at my Grandma's home long ago). Everything was clean, comfortable, plenty of kitchen utilty items already stocked with some essential pantry items which was a bonus as well. Top notch service and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much 🫶
