Private area with private beach access. I believe the beach was not crowded due to the location of the access. The pool and spa were still enjoyable despite the construction that is occurring. They normally start at 7 and are finished around 330 so the evenings were extremely peaceful!

this was by far the best vacation i have had and i am so glad i chose this airbnb for my family! the only thing that i would’ve changed is the construction noise. while it does say in the description there is a potential for noise, i asked beforehand how much noise and was told occasional beeping but it was bulldozers and concrete shaving almost nonstop 7am-5pm daily, which occurred right outside the pool area. still 100% worth it though for my situation as the kids were still entertained and we didn’t have company until supper anyways - the house is beautiful, literally half a block from private access to the beach that was not overcrowded. we even had a fire alarm going off in a locked closet after leaving a door open while grilling and the owner himself ringed in through the doorbell to make sure we were okay while the kids got fire truck rides 🤣 we had an absolutely amazing time overall and i would 110% come back after the construction😊

The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 9 people to hang out. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was super nice! Beach access was close by and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend!
