No tvs in bedrooms no pool warmer furniture very uncomfortable very cheap renovation compared to pictures not worth pay

Highly disappointed. The house was not stocked well at all. When we arrived, we had salt, pepper, and cumin in the house. Utensils for 6. One kitchen towel. The furniture is very uncomfortable. No grill. The backyard looked like the house had been vacant for a long time and it had not had any maintenance for quite some time. The playset was unsafe, a swing broken. Not to mention the yard had not been cleaned up from a previous dog, and the back gate was broken. Cheap toilet paper. If you stay in the summer, just know the downstairs will be stifling hot. It was cool when we were there. We turned the heat on, the upstairs was extremely hot and the downstairs cold. I wouldn't recommend and we will not return.

It was not a bad place. Floor was dipping that was my biggest problem. The master bathroom also has a view from the shower to outside which made me feel slightly unsafe. Stairs look slightly dirty. Other than that not bad although when I woke up in the morning it seemed as something dogged through the trash because whoever bag a stuff that was all on the floor in front of garage

Gem property was perfectly comfortable. Was as listed. The only downside was it was cold in Arizona and fireplace inside wasn't available. But they did have a outside fire pit. Also this property has a great back yard, we would have loved to grill, but no BBQ grill. These were not game changing for us. But would really add value to a future stay. Thanks for hosting us Ramon
