Patriots Retreat Cabin is a quiet home designed to inspire you. It is designed with American themes, in a very comfortable setting. The home has a large deck for outdoor eating and the stars shine very bright at night. The home is in a very peaceful setting and all of the interior is inspiring, positive and patriotic. Super Hosts for over 6 years/plus 2 other cabins (Sunrise Mtn Treehouse & Sunrise Mountain Cabin)/Super view of the mountains, which you will really love. Please visit soon. We have transformed this home to our Patriot's Retreat by using motivational pictures, posters, flags representing our military, but also exemplifying American Exceptionalism in many other areas. The living room has a gas log fireplace to add warmth to the room on the upcoming cool fall nights. We have 2 full size bathrooms upstairs and downstairs for your convenience. Plenty of space for two couples with two separate bedrooms. We believe you will really enjoy the decor of the home, which we hope will uplift your spirits.

A perfect place for getting out and exploring the Cumberland Plateau. Lots of great hiking close by and a terrific view from the house. Very well-appointed and comfortable getaway with a wealth of local knowledge and recommendations from David and Kimberly. Absolutely would stay again!

We loved staying at Kim and David's place! Really peaceful and beautiful. Kim was very responsive to any questions we had. The property had all the amenities listed and the WiFi worked great! The location was easy to find using GPS but is definitely more remote. Makes for a peaceful stay but requires a little more planning (ie. grocery and restaurant options are limited).
Fantastic rental. Better than the pictures, truly embraced the name. Comfortable, peaceful, hosts were super nice and welcoming. We all had a great time and enjoyed the view. Will 100% rent again.
Only drawback is no tvs in the bedrooms other than that great place

We are both very friendly and we want to help you have the best stay possible. So we will try to recommend to you the best hikes or area events that will add value to your stay. But get ready for a comfortable cabin, with a Tennessee Country theme. Please visit and enjoy our beautiful views, hikes, bring your ATV and enjoy the ATV trails, waterfalls, golf and several state parks that are located close to our cabin. As Kim is retired from the Navy, she would say, "Welcome Aboard". We are both very active with our volunteer work in our community. Kim is a VFW Commander of a Post and of a District in TN. I am the President of the Auxiliary and the Sr. Vice President of the District. We do hope you enjoy your stay in a peaceful, beautiful setting.
