In case you need to do some washing there is a washing machine at your disposal. There is also a practical clothes rack and an iron with ironing board. - Spacious living area partly used as a dining room with direct access to the super-equipped kitchen, complete with a 2-seater sofa bed, dining table for 4 that can be extended to seat 8, and the latest LG 4K Smart-TV with Netflix and YouTube, to entertain even the youngest children. - The new, well-lit kitchen is professionally equipped with a four-burner induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, kettle, and of course a complete set of recently refurbished pots, pans, plates and cutlery for preparing any type of dish. Coffee with a Nespresso machine and assorted coffee pods, tea and herbal teas are offered. The flat has a furnished work area with a laptop desk, ergonomic chair and free ultra-fast Wi-Fi, perfect for smart working. The flat has both central heating with thermoregulable valves that allow you to adapt the temperature of each room to your needs, and a Daikin air conditioner with heat pump (hot/cold). For those who decide to arrive by car, it is possible to conveniently find parking in one of the many paid public car parks in the area. - You can check in in the afternoon from 16:00. - Check-out is possible by 11:00 a.m. - Early check-in and late check-out on request. - You can still drop off your luggage from 12:00. - For stays longer than 29 nights, an additional fee is charged.
