The first floor also has a full bathroom and washer/dryer. The second floor is an open concept with a wood fireplace, living room, dining area, TV area, full kitchen, and a second full bathroom. Conveniently located off the living room is floating deck and a beautiful view

Great community, close to an Ikon AND an Epic mountain! Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Cozy place! Helpful and kind host.

My group had a great stay at Brian's place. It was exactly as described, convenient to winter activities, and Brian was a responsive communicator. We also enjoyed using the gym/pool facilities at the community's clubhouse. Got a lot of snow while we were there so definitely recommend an AWD vehicle.
Brian’s chalet was a perfect place to stay for our sibling ski trip to Mt. Snow. The house is located just a few minutes from both the mountain and downtown Wilmington. Brian was an extremely responsive and friendly host. He made the check in and check out process very easy and followed up with us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. Thank you, Brian, we had a great weekend!
We had a fabulous stay here while skiing and tubing at Mount Snow. The setting is gorgeous and the house is really great. It had everything we needed and felt so very comfortable. Brian was great about communicating, too. Would definitely recommend!

House is very close to the trail head of Haystack trail - a very popular trail in the area for good reasons
You will need a car if you plan to stay throughout the year, and a car with all wheel drive if you plan to stay during ski season :)
The home is located at the top of the historical Chimney Hill neighborhood and the roads can become icy during the winter
