The home is situated at the bottom of the hill next to 2 of the other homes on the property. Private parking for 3-4 cars is situated under a designated carport. Enjoy exploring the 5 acre property full of unique scenery, wildlife, and a small fruit tree orchard. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main level. The first bedroom sleeps 4 and is fitted with a bunk bed with Full size bed on bottom, twin on top, and twin pull-out trundle. The second main floor bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed with beautiful views of the water. The main floor bathroom is a full bathroom with tub and shower. Upstairs you will find the expansive primary suite loft sleeping 4 with a King Bed, pull-out couch, 50 inch TV, sitting area, and private full bathroom. Please note the primary bedroom is a 'loft' meaning it does not have fully enclosed walls and has limited privacy especially in regards to sound travel. Whether you want to stay local to Bremerton or use the area as a central point to explore, there is so much to do! The house is 5 minutes from Illahee State Park which is a 86 acre waterfront camping park great for exploring expansive trails and beaches. The house is also less than 15 minutes from the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry terminal where passengers can take the quick ferry ride over to Downtown Seattle and explore everything the city has to offer! For those willing to travel 30 mins - hour, the house is a perfect central location to travel to The Hood Canal, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Tahuya Trails, and much more!
