Great and spacious house. Eti was very prompt on responding the messages and happy to help. Enough space for 5, 6 people to stay. The location is great and very residential and calm. Thanks Eti for having my family over.

Very well maintained house and all amenities working. Eti was very responsive to our questions. Parking was slightly tight and larger car would definitelly struggle but everything else was working fine. Excellent internet, the washing machine/dryer were excellent and all the furniture were perfect. And who wouldnt like to drink tea sitting on the deck in the backyard?

Eti is a great host and available anytime you needed. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed. Looks exactly like the pictures. The backyard patio is one of the main highlight of this house. I would 100% recommend a stay here.

We stayed at Eti's place for about a months and very much enjoyed it! It is a charming house with great space and a lovely garden. Sitting on the deck in the morning was one of our favourite pastimes.  The house is well equipped and just feels like home. The large living and cooking area invites for spending time together in a warm atmosphere and mingling on the large couch. Especially the kitchen has everything you need. The neighbourhood is relaxed and local. A bigger supermarket is 10 minutes away by bike or 20 minutes by foot, same as the metro station. Sandringham beach is 20-30 minutes by bike. Eti is a fantastic host! She was very caring and responsive and supported us in any request. We felt very well cared for during our stay and always were able to reach out to her.  Thank you for a lovely time, Eti! We would very much like to come back.
