A perfect house in a great location. It was exactly as described and everything worked. The home was neat, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor patio was an unexpected bonus and ideal for early morning coffee. Rodd’s house was well worth the price we paid.

Rodd's place was exceptional! He had a little snack basket and some drinks in the fridge waiting for our arrival. We all had enough room to spread out. Everything we could think of that we needed was provided. We brought beach items but noticed more options available to us in the home. Close to both Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach in the opposite direction. The Gulf Breeze Zoo is literally 10-15 minutes down the road! We stopped by and fed some giraffes, camels, alligators, and birds. The kids enjoyed the sandpit out back. There was plenty of seating all around the house. My FAVORITE thing was how kind the owner was to add extra outlets around the home. The temperature was allowed to go over 72 degreees so we found extra blankets in the closets and even extra comforters in the laundry room. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great location! We can't wait to stay there again!

Rodd, thank you for allowing us to stay at your Airbnb. My family and I had a great time. The kids enjoyed all the board games and we had a bonfire the last night there. It was lovely and we probably ate too many s’mores :) The beach cart, towels, chairs, blankets and all of the beach accessories came in handy. The house was clean and provided with all the kitchen equipment, spices, disposable plates, dish detergent, etc. to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Location was super convenient, it’s only a 15 min drive to the boardwalk. I would definitely stay at Rodd’s house again.
