Felixstowe is a small town on the suffolk coast with sand and stone beaches and traditional sea front entertainment. The house is a 4 story terraced house with sea views and easy access to restaurants, pubs, theatre, cinema and small town highstreet. It is a vibrant place very close to a local pub, so there is some noise. Take a lovely walk along the prom which is beautiful all year round, stop at a coffee shop, or a have a lunch on the pier. Explore the Suffolk countryside from your base. The room is large, with a king size bed and plenty of storage. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room. please ask if you need anything extra such as blankets, pillows or an iron. Your bathroom is on the same floor and you will have sole access for your stay. the room is on the 2nd floor, there are a lot of stairs, there are also steps to access the front door so you will need to be reasonably fit. I am not offering breakfast, or access to the kitchen, but there are lots of very reasonable restaurants and cafes nearby. there is a small patio which you can use if you'd like.
