I enjoy sharing my townhouse with guests. You'll have use of the great room's large open living area and the two available bedrooms; a queen in the Raggedy Ann room and a pair of twins (by request can be placed together as a king) in the Panda Bear room. It's close to I-10, I-25, nearby parks, stores, restaurants, New Mexico State University, Las Cruces Convention Center, downtown Las Cruces and famous Old Mesilla. You'll enjoy the Great Room's living area's smart TV, gas fireplace and comfy couches. The Raggedy Ann room's queen bed and Panda Bear Room's two twin beds can sleep four. If needed, (for an extra charge), one more may sleep on the living room pullout couch. The dining area has a coffee bar with mini frig and a piano (which you are welcome to play). We may be sharing the kitchen and optional laundry when we’re home. You'll find breakfast and snack items at the coffee bar. Guests have use of gas range, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, dishes and dishwasher and the mini-refrigerator, (the main frig is used by us). The back Patio has table, chairs, gas grill and a fire pit. Our home is ADA compliant; with extra wide doorways and grab bars in the bathroom. This is a completely nonsmoking campus including vaping. This includes inside and outside of our home. If you must, please go off the property.
