The location was excellent. The beach was beautiful. The view was amazing. And there were a lot of great restaurants within 1-2 miles. The condo needed a few little things here and there, my husband had to replace some lightbulbs so we could see our way around at night since we were in a strange place. The icemaker didn’t work in the refrigerator and we did see some roaches in the kitchen around the coffee pot. Overall, I would give it an 8 out of 10.

I will start with the good. The place was nice, right on the beach. Plenty of resultants very close. Some walkable. All very tasty. Very nice master bedroom. Just be ready for some stairs! The bad was the grill was missing knobs. We were going to do steaks one night but couldn’t because the grill was broke. We saw roaches multiple times. One of the bedrooms included a bunk bed that was not listed in on the listing. Host did not reach out to provide access code. We had to reach out 3 times while making the 9 hour drive from Louisville to Pensacola. She did get back with us and it worked out. Still a bit frustrating paying $6k for the week and having to reach out multiple times to get access code. It looked like the place had been vacant for a long time. All the outdoor lighting was missing light bulbs.

Very impressive Townhome in a fantastic area of Pensacola Beach. A great location for relaxing and playing on an uncrowded beach. Great area for walks on the sidewalks or beach. Many restaurants within a few miles. A short drive to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola City. With many things to do in both plays well. We had a wonderful time and our host Sally was wonderful from check in to answering our questions during the week as well as checking out. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend Sally and her Townhome.

Great place to stay! Has everything you would need in the kitchen. Just a few steps to the beach.

Everything was just as the pictures online. It was super clean. It was also a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed breakfast with beautiful views of the ocean! Sally was an amazing host. We enjoyed every minute of our stay & will return!
