Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Our family home is spacious yet cosy. The lovely open plan kitchen diner is a real social space & we love to open the bi-fold doors & let me the inside/outside become one. We have an outside ‘shack’ with hot tub which we love to spend time in rain or shine. There is so much to do & see in & around Hampshire & our home is a great base for exploring for days! Welcome to our bright, spacious, comfortable family home. It is a wonderful space to enjoy with family or friends. This is our own family home but we want and hope you feel just as at home here. We aim to make your stay as easy & as comfortable as possible; we provide towels , cooking essentials such as butter, oil, salt & pepper, tea/coffee, all cleaning essentials, shampoo/conditioner & body wash. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with a double or king bed - all are big & spacious. You will find some cleared space in each wardrobe & some drawers for your use. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower whilst the other 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath & shower attachment. Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen-diner with bi-folds giving access to the large decking area & large garden. This room is the hub of the home & where we happily spend most of our time. There is a TV & Alexa for your use & you will find everything you need in the kitchen. The lounge is small (we think of it as cosy) but perfect for snuggling up & watching a movie! Sky, netflix, prime are all available on the TV in here. It has a fold out comfy double sofa bed & a full bathroom with shower so it can double up as a 4th bedroom if needed (additional cost apply). There are plenty of games & toys for families. The utility room has the usual washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Outside we have a ‘shack’ with seating, a fridge/freezer & hot tub. We use this space come rain or shine. It’s a cosy place to sit in the evenings with a glass of something under the fairy lights & we even love to sit in here & listen to the rain on the roof in not so good weather. The garden is large & spacious with big oak trees at the end - although it is still work in progress it has a lovely vibe. There are pubs, bars, restaurants, takeaway, supermarkets, chemists all within walking distance but we’d recommend a car to really get the best out of the area. If you have a car then you will be spoilt for choice. South Downs being only 5miles away or beaches just 7 miles away (Hayling Island or Southsea). The coast & various beaches can be reached within a 15min drive - our favourites are Hayling Island, Southsea & The Witterings - all with a different vibe. Gunwharf Quay is a great place to spend the day - shopping at a designer outlet, eating, drinking or just to mooch around & watch the boats go by. Old Portsmouth & Southsea are lovely places to visit as well as the famous Portsmouth dockyard - a great day out! Port Solent Marina is a short drive, when the sun is shining it feels like you’re abroad with its board walk of shops, bars, restaurants overlooking lovely boats. Peppa Pig world is only 20miles away & Chessington is only 44miles away. The New Forest is within access, just 20miles away - there are so many wonderful places here. Bournemouth & Brighton are only an hours drive. Our home is a great base for exploring coast & countryside - if you need any further suggestions or have any other questions feel free to ask.
