Great property to stay at with a larger group. Common spaces in the main house and guest house are very nice, clean, and open. Blake had everything our group needed. Lots of activities/amenities indoors and outdoors, but likely not best for small children. Our group of 10 stayed for the weekend and had a blast. Blake is extremely responsive and answered my questions within minutes of contacting him.

The house was great. Only 30 min from the airport and downtown Austin. We had our family reunion here and the two houses were great because we could have a bit of separation if people were tired and wanted a quieter atmosphere. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and easily heated with an app. There was plenty of space for us, and the games/pool table gave us plenty to do. Blake was also helpful, was very responsive before and during the stay for anything we needed. Would definitely come back again!
