Needed a place to stay for a night while traveling with our 8children and dogs and the house was perfect for us as hotels are not an option because of needing 2 or 3 rooms. Aquarium is a couple blocks away and Niagara state park is less than a mile. Because the house is so close we got to see the falls lit up at night and then again the next morning before we continued on our journey.

The house is as described and clean. And there a nice note with some snacks welcoming guests. However, all the snacks were expired and so was the tea provided. While it’s a good gesture and need not be done, I would have preferred not to have provided expired snacks! Also bathroom sink upstairs was not draining water and was a bit challenging. There is no exhaust fan in the powder room downstairs which created some inconvenience considering this is accommodation for 10 people and there is only one another bathroom in the house.

As described. It is the NY side of Niagara Falls so keep that in mind but very walkable and good space. some of the layout is a little odd but it's clear in the pictures and not really a problem. The yard was nice and you could definitely bring yard games. Nice comfortable beds. One bedroom has a TV. There's a great, large couch in the living room. not too much seating besides the dining room table otherwise so maybe bring chairs if you want a place to sit outside or in a room without a TV. my husband and I struggled a little bit with our allergies but the place was very clean and open, large rental. Great host.

The place is near to falls, the house is clean and the kitchen is excellent space to cook and the surrounding is monitored by camera so the place is secured always.. Ken is so kind and always answers to the phone..The bathroom door and the nobs are very old that is the only issue we felt other than that it is great place to stay…will love to go again and stay with family
