Roshan was very responsive and allowed us an early check in to drop off our bags, which we appreciated. The location is great and the apartment is spacious with a nice view. However the apartment is a bit old and needs maintenance. The rooms and furniture were a bit dusty, and triggered our allergies. The kitchen was a bit old, so we didn't end up using the it much. We informed Roshan about the dust and he promptly sent his housekeeper for a round of cleaning next day. The housekeeper was unfortunately less receptive to feedback on the dust and we had to spend 10mins showing him all the deep dust accumulated around the apartment. The bathroom is small and the tap fittings were rusted/falling off and could take some maintenance. Overall, it's a nice location. I wouldn't recommend it to any one with dust allergies or asthma though.

There were a few issues with the property: 1) The guard's behaviour was very rude. If you came back after 11 pm, it felt as if you asked for his kidney 2) The 3rd room is tiny and does not have a bathroom, you need to go to the other two rooms to use the washroom 3) The kitchen and washing machine are in the same room 4) No geyser and tiny bathrooms, 5) The caretaker, though quite responsive, said that he would come only once in three days to clean the property; however, he did not come even once and still had the audacity to ask if we had any tip for him, to place it on the table while leaving The location of the property is really nice, though, but is the premium worth it? Not really sure

Dear Roshan Thank you so much for hosting us It was a beautiful place and perfect location. The house was very neat and clean , we really enjoyed our stay . Even the caretaker was very responsive. Good option for a stay in Kolkata, convenient location, nice property and good value for money.
