Enjoy a long morning walk along the beach, or watching the Sunset with your feet in the sand. * 1 min walk from the sandy beach * 10 min drive from Rye, a pretty medieval town. * 2 hours drive from London Set over three floors with a subtle French chic style, the property offers space for all the family. * 1 Private patio with a shared wild feel garden on the ground floor. * 3 bedrooms - ( 2 super king, 1 twin) * 2 Bathrooms - ( one with a bath, one ensuite with a shower) * Smart TV (Netflix) & Wifi * 1 Private Ensuite Balcony for the Master Bedroom * Open plan lounge, diner and kitchen, with a large terrace for Al Fresco Aperitivo * Washing machine, separate dryer & ironing board. * Travel cot & High Chair ( we do not provide linen for children, bring your own for the travel cot) * Meditation / Kids Play Room * 1 min walk to the sandy beach * Less than 10 min drive to Rye - ( restaurants, cafes, antiques shops..) The gardens are a shared space with a natural wild feel. The perfect beach house if looking to enjoy the stunning stretch of sand but close enough to picturesque Rye for a touch of culture.

Lovely stay, everything we needed and a great place for a family break
What a fantastic stay with our family. The property was spacious and immaculate. The location was super convenient to the beach and nearby town of Rye for great dining. We would recommend this and would be perfect for the summer!

Great town house, so close to the beach and plenty of areas to take dogs for walks. Very dog friendly location and shops walking distance. Great layout of the town house.

Camber is best known for its miles of sandy dunes and waterspouts facilities. If you wish you can access waterspouts lessons from the Kite surfing centre on the beach or if you would prefer the protection of a lake, Rye Watersports only a 5 minute drive.
We are blessed with beautiful sun rises and sunsets and depending when you visit the possibility of the beach almost to your self.
The town of Rye is 3 miles/5 km away and has an excellent selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs to enjoy, as well as museum's and unique shops, no chains here!!
We recommend your arrive at Les Dunes with a car so that you can get the most out of your stay and enjoy the whole area.
We do have regular hourly bus service through the village and close to the property or taxi's from Rye station.
We have a non car access into Rye via a tarmac cycle route which can be walked or by bicycle.
Bicycle hire is available in the village from Ebike hire, if you need details please ask.

Rye and Beyond Holiday Cottages came about after working in the industry for over 20 years and I (Jacqui) decided I wanted to offer a more bespoke, family run business to help guests and owners alike. Our aim is to offer a truly personal service to make your stay at one of our holiday cottages as relaxing as we possibly can. Any queries or issues you may have during your stay, we are here to help.
