A superb apartment with an outstanding host - Digital Nomad approved! Serdar's accommodation was just perfect. And the word "perfect" is actually not enough. We spent 6 weeks there and can recommend it for these reasons: 1. The location is absolutely fantastic: Within 1-2 minutes you can reach about different supermarkets, pharmacies, small restaurants, etc. Every Tuesday & Saturday there is a farmers market right around the corner where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables. 2. The apartment offers everything you need (super suitable for 2 people): We could easily cook for ourselves and work from the computer undisturbed. The internet is strong & reliable (we were able to make video calls at the same time). 3. Serdar answers within minutes, takes care of everything and responds to every request: This is worth mentioning because I have not experienced it at this level in my many travels so far! He is a very kind-hearted person who even invited us for dinner. Highly recommended!

This was my first experience with booking accommodation and generally staying in another country. It is probably impossible to imagine a better first experience than the one that happened to me. Serdar was constantly in touch and helped me. He met me at the metro station from where he drove me home by car. This is a clean, well-maintained and ready-to-live-in apartment. I stayed here for 3 MONTHS and spent a lot of time working remotely from home so I explored the house and the area to the fullest. I can say with confidence that this is one of the best places in Izmir for people who love silence, safety, close to transport and at the same time relative proximity to the sea. All supermarket chains are within 5 minutes from home, an excellent market where every weekend I picked up vegetables and fruits for a week. Everything went perfectly, even if there were questions, Serdar and the concierge quickly resolved it. Seradar is the best owner who takes of his house and constantly improves

Awesome new place, clean, quiet and warm (I visited at November-December, so central heating was a big deal!). Good location, peaceful and close to many transport stations: Izban train, tram, ferry. Serdar is one of the most hospitable hosts! He is always online and ready to help or give advice. He scrupulous furnish apartment and discuss with guests what else to add for more comfortable stay. I was happy to spend my time in Izmir here!
