This room is simple and neat. Our place offers free wifi, private bathroom. The property laundry and housekeeping services thru our very helpful staff. Rooms comes with its own smartLock. The unit is very minimalist style design and equipped with , , table, chairs, shower towels and toiletries.

We were in Puerto Princesa for a quick 2 days, and this place was perfect. It was a little difficult to find, especially later at night. The host was great at communicating how to find it, what it looked like, how to check in, and Mark was on-site to help us get in. The internet and water both had service interruptions while we were there, no fault of the host. There was an issue with the shower, and that was fixed promptly. They were great with communication and offers to help remedy the issues. The location is a bit off the main thoroughfare, which is great for some more quiet, but a bit of a walk to get food. All in all, it really worked for us and Mark and the host were great.

It was ok for it's price. The dogs can be heard very clearly at night though. Room is not sound proof
