The check-in process was easy, however front desk/security does not speak English - have translator app. The apartment looks just as descried, and host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable with a firm mattress. A/C units in each bedroom and living room. FYI - when you reenter the unit, you will need to flip the breaker so the A/C turns on ... everytime!!! I had to figure this out for myself. Washer and dryer included in unit. The host ordered detergent and fabric softener during my stay which was awesome of him!!! Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend!

Jairo is an excellent and exceptionally attentive host who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. He provided all kinds of valuable information in advance about the complex and neighborhood his condo is in. He also answered all our questions pre-arrival. The condo itself is beautiful in a beautiful setting with wonderful amenities. A perfect place for a quiet, peaceful vacation away from the bustle of the city nearby. Just don't make the mistake we did upon arrival when we tried unsuccessfully to use the passcode on the key lock beside the door to the unit - it doesn't work. The code Jairo provides is to be used on the door handle itself, which allows you to enter the electronic code once you swipe your hand over it. Live and learn! A minor inconvenience to stay in a great place for the week.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful apartment compound! The amenities were absolutely fantastic and appear just like the pictures. The rooms and restrooms were fairly cleaned. Our host was very responsive and sent a technician to address the water heater issue. The only downside I will say is if you are trying to visit the historic part of Cartagena, it will not only take some time but also cost you. On average for a four person Uber it was around $25 one way and a 25 to 30 minute drive . If you are going to stay in the apartment for most of your trip and just looking to be by the beach, then I don’t think this will be a problem. My family and I were more interested in discovering the city therefore spent a lot of time traveling back-and-forth to the Airbnb. The beach is a stones throw away and has a lot less vendors than the beaches near the city.  our host was very responsive and sent a technician to address the water heater issue.

Espectacular. Increíble. La experiencia en el apto 10/10, cómodo, amplio, lindo. La vista perfecta al mar. Indiscutiblemente una elección que volveríamos a tomar.

El apartamento es tal como se mostraba en fotos, acceso inmediato a playa, es retirado de la ciudad sin embargo Jairo te brinda recomendaciones para el transporte que son muy accesibles, responde rápido ante cualquier consulta y es accesible....nuestra estancia fue 10/10
