This was a beautiful home. We had an amazing time with family. Just what we needed. Tones of space for everyone. There definitely was some extreme rules more than any other Airbnb or rental vacation home that I’ve stayed at but understandable and reasonable. We were unaware of the property management company is across the street infront of the house so felt like we didn’t have our full privacy. They didn’t bother us so that helped. We also found some trails and saw some wildlife. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home. We’d definitely do it again. Oh and EVERYONE adults and kids loved the pool.

Spencer K’s staff was super helpful and very kind. Our party was loud after the curfew for the city and the text sent to me was very kind. There are so many ways to tell a group to be quiet and they were kind and respectful. Lisa also was quick to answer my phone calls and texts when we were trying to find the property and get inside. She was wonderful to work with. The house! Amazing! Beautiful view, very clean, large and it had an amazing indoor pool! We loved every minute staying at that location and hopefully can come again!

Great home! Amazing location! Relatively minor concern: Communication is with a property management company and their internal communication wasn’t good. It’s a business so the responses are less personal, slower, they marked items as resolved that never were, and after hours is a messaging service. They made a lot of promises but in the end were slow to actually fix the issues…pool chlorine levels (fixed after 2 days), alarm on fridge (never resolved) freezer not working (never resolved). Aside from that and some minor annoyances, we had a great time and loved the location on the quieter north end of the lake.
