East Croydon station -your gateway to the South and Central London. EC to London Victoria in 15 mins, London Bridge 20 mins and St Pancras home of Eurostar trains to Continental Europe in just 25 mins. Gatwick airport a 15 min train ride away, making Croydon the perfect cost effective alternative to sky high London prices. A delightful self-contained studio apartment in a period residence. As with our other apartments great care has gone into choosing the interior fittings and we have made a special effort to ensure that everything you will need for you stay, from bedding to pots and pans to hairdryers and ironing board….are provided for your use. This residence features a communal laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers, which although not free are heavily subsidized and you can wash a load from just £2. As you can see in the photos there is the comfort of a leather sofa and the additional convenience of a table and chairs for dining. The flat screen TV is 50’’ and the picture quality is excellent, it’s mounted on a special bracket so as you can see it from where ever you are in the room. Free WiFi is included and the code is made available in the guests welcome book which you can find in the apartment, together with a host of other information which we consider you may find useful. The studio apartment comes with the the following included: -Queen size bed (150cm x 200cm) with storage underneath -Full sized combination fan oven/Microwave -kitchen with induction hob and extractor -Fridge-freezer, cookware and cutlery -kettle -Free WiFi -50'' flat screen TV with freeview digital channels. -Iron and ironing board. -Rooms with individually controlled heating. -Easy access to laundry facilities -Bedding, towels and bathmat -Electronic keyless door entry

Gary et son équipe sont très professionnels et disponibles. le logement est sympathique et calme, parfois pour un séjour d'une semaine à deux.
Insgesamt waren wir zu zweit für 7 Tage in der Unterkunft. Das Studio ist gut zu Fuß und mit den ÖPNV zu erreichen. Für Einkäufe ist ein kleiner Fußmarsch nötigt, was aber kein Problem ist. Bis in die Innenstadt von London benötigt man gut und gerne 45-60 min. So überlegt man wie, man den Tag am besten nutzen kann ohne täglich mehrere Stunden zwischen Wohnung und Stadt zu pendeln. Auch in den späten Abendstunden und frühen Morgenstunden fahren die Busse und Züge noch sehr regelmäßig. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Leider gibt es nur eine richtige Decke und es hätten mehr Handtücher sein können. Aber nach einer kurzen Nachfrage wurde dies schnell ausgebesserte. Das WLAN funktioniert, abhängig davon wo man sich im Apparent aufhält, auf den mobilen Endgeräten sehr gut, am TV aber leider nicht. Das Bett und das Sofa ist sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist zwar kuschelig, aber genau richtig für einen Städtetrip!
Très bon logement, extrêmement satisfait de la qualité et de l’emplacement. Il se situe proche des arrêts de bus pour se rendre à la gare de East Croydon pour prendre le train, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter Londres ! Une couverture un peu plus grande et plus épaisse n’aurait pas été de refus. La lumière rentre vite dans le logement le matin du fait que les stores ne sont pas très efficace.. Nous recommandons grandement Gary comme Hôte pour sa réactivités et ses informations pour passer un excellent séjour pour découvrir Londres.
Stayed for a little over a month, and would recommend it. Clean and tidy room, helpful hosts - didn't need to contact them much at all as they provided all the information ahead of time.
Einer sehr gemütliche und vor allem sauber Unterkunft. Ein bisschen kleiner als es auf den Bildern rüber kommt, aber für 2 Personen vollkommen gut. Man findet dort was man benötigt (Föhn, Toaster, Salz & Pfeffer,…) und der Bahnhof ist auch direkt in der Nähe, sodass man gut nach London reinkommt. Auch kleinere Läden zum Einkaufen sind fußläufig erreichbar (sind allerdings teurer als die die etwas weiter weg sind.) Alles im allen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Croydon is a great place to stay, and many people choose to live here and commute into Central London because of the reasonable cost of accommodation and the excellent transportation links.
East Croydon station is a major transportation hub and is easily accessible, just a 12-minute walk or 4-minute bus ride away. Although there is no underground connection here, East Croydon Station offers a fast and direct overground link straight into the heart of Central London, which is much faster than using a crowded and hot underground train that stops at all stations.
Trains are fast and frequent, running every 7 minutes, and you can reach London Victoria Station in 15 minutes and London Bridge in 20 minutes.
A London-wide 24-hour travel card for use on any mode of transport from zone 5 is currently priced at £13.00.
We are well served by shops and supermarkets that are just minutes away and there are pubs and restaurants too.
We are conveniently located near Gatwick Airport, which is just 15 minutes away by train, with trains running 24/7.
Luton Airport is also easily accessible, with a direct train route passing through the capital (and St Pancras Station) to East Croydon Station. The journey time by public transport is around 1.5 hours.
Heathrow Airport is in West London, and the journey time by public transport is around 1.5 hours.
Stansted Airport is in the east of the capital, and the journey time by public transport is around 1.5 hours.
