We returned again! With all the places we have visited in Italy this is our favorite! This is a B&B on steroids with panoramic views from the outdoor balconies and terraces. The architecture and design of this villa from the front gates to the interior is so well thought out and amazing it could easily be on the pages of Architectural Digest. The mornings began with cappuccino and an extensive breakfast offering that was prepared by Mary, the manager. Mary is wonderful! There’s always time to enjoy the heated indoor pool. The medieval town center is a one mile hilly walk away where the restaurants are exceptional and a great value! We were sad to leave, but leave we did, with the fondest memories of our stay at Villa Panorama Oratino!

A beautiful home with an even more beautiful pool! Kids were entertained during our stay and had wonderful game of hide and seek after swimming in the pool for hours. We booked the whole house with a group of 6 kids and 4 adults. The facility manager, Mary, was very responsive and helpful during our stay. If you would plan to do some cooking in the kitchen make sure you ask Pasky ahead of time because they rent this house as more of a bnb and so the kitchen is normally off limits. Solid stay and would recommend.

Paradise found! Though the photos of the B&B online will peak your interest being here is even more amazing. There are scenic, relaxing and peaceful balconies and porches to enjoy. The architecture is impressive as are the high end finishes and design. The icing on the cake is an indoor heated pool available day and night to use regardless of the weather! We were lucky to be the only guests at the B&B during our stay! Mary, our hostess, was so accommodating and kind. She set up a tasty breakfast buffet every morning and answered any questions we had. She assisted with transportation to and from the train stations so we could enjoy a drive free holiday there. The villa also is available for events and would be an incredible place to celebrate memorable weddings, birthdays and anniversaries! Pasky, the owner, was quick to answer inquiries and was so helpful arranging for our visit. Oratino is listed on the Borgi piu beli Italia, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. After about a 30 minute leisurely walk from the property you will find to the hillside village that was a highlight of our days. The restaurants we visited there had excellent service and delicious food and wine. The villa is available for events and would be an incredible place to celebrate unforgettable weddings, birthdays and anniversaries! Thank you, Pasky, for helping create one of the best stays we’ve ever had in Italy!
