Eduardo is a super nice host, very responsive and understanding. The place is close to the University, which was my main requirement, but also near a little shop/gas station and bus stops, just up the street. The room was spotless clean, the heating very confortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. I strongly recommend the place for people that don't mind sharing common spaces (kitchen and bathroom).
