We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. We were a group of 10 folks from all over the US, diverse in age, race, ability, and in our familiarity with the Twin Cities. But we all came together over beautiful, long meals at the big dining table (larger in real life than it appears in the photos!), quick trips out to see various local sights (so much to see right within walking distance), and quiet moments on the porch, around the kitchen island, or on our own in the many large and well-appointed bedrooms. Rachael was a great host. Everything was clean and in working order. The kitchen had all the appliance, dishes, and coffee options we could ask for. The neighborhood was warm and inviting as well as really delightful, with great restaurants, shops, and grand old homes and buildings sprinkled all about. And in the middle of it all, this home strikes the perfect balance of old-time charm and laid back comfort and style.

We had a large group of 20 women staying at the home for the weekend and really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It is very spacious with plenty of rooms and beds for a group of our size. The house was clean and well equipped with not one, but two kitchens and many bathrooms. The host was quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this home for a large group of people!

This place was so unique and beautiful! Perfect for our needs. So many surprised around every corner. Cozy, comfortable and a perfect little getaway. Plus, Rachael was helpful in accommodating an early check in, and she was easy to get a hold of. Truly a one of a kind experience.

Our Company Group stay was exceptional because the house gave us the opportunity to spread out and feel like we were all at our own house. We had great meetings with the various rooms on the main floor. We enjoyed having the 10 bedrooms on the upper levels so everyone had their own private space as well. We would definitely use this house again for future retreats whether it would be for business or pleasure.

The house was the perfect place for my family to gather for our son's wedding. There was room for everyone and we could prepare food together. Thanks to Rachael for answering lots of questions! It was a plus to have the German Festival going on across the street and the out of town guests enjoyed seeing the cathedral and the neighborhood with all of the old, unique houses and buildings. We had one person who had hip surgery on May 5th and so the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for her. It was great to have all of the places to sit and gather on the first floor so that we could have different conversations going on. It was nice to have some furniture on the front porch where folks could enjoy the outside.
