We had an amazing time at Maricar’s place! We were celebrating our parent’s 60th and 70th birthdays and found the place to have ample space for everyone and was the perfect setup with 3 bathrooms. We also had a newborn with us so the blackout curtains were a plus. We enjoyed the fire pit and were very thankful when Maricar and her husband helped us replace the propane when it ran out. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in San Diego that is well equipped and in a good location to get to all of the must-see locations and restaurants. What a lovely modern home for our Mommy Reunion. Having our own bedroom and bathroom was ideal after a long day of fun in San Diego. The location was close to everything on our list. We did not have much time to enjoy the deck and the backyard. But we did appreciate Maricar’s hospitality. Thank you for always being responsive. One thing to note is that the washer and dryer is in the garage and you have to go through the primary bedroom to get there. Not a big deal for us but might be if privacy is an issue. My personal favorite feature was the unique shower head. I want one for my home now. Every detail in this home was carefully curated with comfort and aesthetic in mind. From the plush towels and comfy pillows to the furniture and artwork and even down to the coffee cups and nice kitchen appliances. We were happy to call the Ethan Allen home sweet home for a few days.

We had a fabulous time. The home was extremely clean and beautiful, just as pictured. Maricar was a great host, very responsive. She went above and beyond and allowed us an early check in. We can’t wait to stay there again!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Beautiful views, friendly neighbors, Maricar was extremely helpful and friendly. The house itself was spotless and very well taken care of. There were even games in the garage although we were too busy out and about to play them but it was appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again. The single greatest Airbnb I've ever stayed in
