Where do I start! from the day we got there was problems, we wasted 4/5 days waiting in for the people to come round and fix issues what should of been sorted way before we arrived as it was empty got 4 weeks, changing filters and new pumps for the pool, not safe for kids as there was storm covers without covers I was told they have to be like that because if the rain ( that's a lie) screws sticking out the walls, toilet waste smell stunk the whole house out when asked to fix was told they have already done it and won't be fixing it again as they already done it. I had to borrow £1500 off my family to leave the villa as I had enough of complaining and nothing happening AVOLD THIS PROPERTY!!!! After messaging on airb&b I was told to speak to them on what's app what I thought was little strange as if they wanted to hide the problems am in the process of refund I've got pictures of all the problems and messages of the issue

The Pool Villa was very spacious and clean, management was good. But the location on AirBnB was showing it in the city center whereas it’s actually quite a bit outside of town. This is not a good business practice and I felt like being scammed.
