Charming and spacious wooden house in the heart of everything, quiet and ideally located All comfort, air conditioning, wifi, terrace, deckchairs….in the magnificent La Napoule district 250m from the Château beaches, shops, restaurants, train station, golf course, port, shuttles and surrounding activities 2-4 beds 1 bedroom with 140x200 bed and living room sofa bed Fully equipped kitchen large terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs Parking for 1 car in the closed property You spend your stay in a 36m2 cottage, surrounded by greenery, air-conditioned, with all the necessary comfort - wifi, large terrace, table outside for outdoor meals, parasol, garden furniture, deck chairs, etc. within our closed and quiet property. (Suitable for couples with children or alone, not suitable for 4 adults as it only has one bathroom/toilet) A bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bay window opening onto the terrace. The spacious shower room, sink, wall-hung toilet and washing machine. A large fully equipped kitchen with large counter/work surface for cooking lovers as well as for indoor dining. (Salt, pepper, oil on site….) Finally, a comfortable and bright living room with 2-seater sofa bed (queen size 160) and TV, FireTV streaming, radio, Bluetooth speaker…. Very clean and pleasant to live in for holidays for 4 or longer periods for 2 people. Parking for one vehicle in front of the maisonette and free parking everywhere in Napoule and Mandelieu. Note that the railway runs along the entire coast and passes close to the house at low speed, this nevertheless remains quite discreet.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne sonnige Tage in La Napoule und haben uns gut erholt. Nagi und seine Frau waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Vielen Dank nochmal für das leckere Dessert und das Abschiedsgeschenk.
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Nagi et de sa bienveillance à notre égard. Le logement est agréable et bien équipé, la terrasse sans vis à vis est un vrai plus, tout comme la proximité de la plage et des commerces. Nous le recommandons aux futurs hôtes.
Trés bon séjour. Tout était nickel et Nagi très sympa. Bons restaurants et bars a proximité. La plage a 200m. La voie ferree n'est pas dérangeante. On y reviendra.
Nagi est super gentil, maisonnette est très propre, tres bien équipé, dans un secteur calme et proche de plage/promenade et restaurants. Merci!

The station, painted with a Nautilus theme, worth seeing!!! The Estérel, the Tanneron, for family walks, hiking or mountain biking, the cycle path towards Cannes and numerous water activities.... everything is there for an exhilarating stay.
Quiet, secure and well-connected area, with free parking, La Napoule has the enormous advantage of being at the same time served by:
- THE TRAIN ! (bike box at the station, closed, secure)
- THE BUS ! (regular lines + free shuttles all summer)
- HIGHWAY ! (the highway exit is in the very heart of Mandelieu, right in the city center)
- THE BOAT ! (The port is right opposite! shuttles to the Lerins islands in summer)
- For the more modest: THE PLANE! (Mandelieu international airport welcomes you in your private jet)
- and finally: THE FEET! There are plenty of opportunities to stretch your legs, including visiting the Chateau, walks at San Peyre, the Compostel trail, the magnificent banks of the Siagne canal, equipped with sports areas, children's parks, botanical gardens and classic restaurants. or fast. But also the hikes of the Esterel, the Tanneron, the Old Course golf course, the legendary Esterel route for cycling.....

The area is very well served by free shuttles, bus, train or cycle paths, all within walking distance. Very practical, you will have space outside for bicycles, kayaks, paddles (which can remain inflated) or any other space-saving sports equipment.
The most pleasant thing is to walk around and leave the car parked in front of the chalet without worrying about finding a place in high season.

Nous vous accueillons dans un joli chalet entièrement équipé, lumineux, avec tout le confort nécessaire à votre séjour : draps et serviettes fournis, literies confortables. Cuisine sur équipée, induction, machine à laver 8 kg. Le ménage, la désinfection du linge et des points de contact sont observés durant le nettoyage. Nous sommes sensibles au tri des déchets, aux dépenses d’énergies raisonnées, à l'utilisation raisonnable de l'eau et à tout geste respectueux de la nature et de l’environnement. Nagi et Claire
