Great stay - home is recently renovated with new furniture, appliances, everything. It was squeaky-clean, a priority for us. Very spacious - even had the use of the garage. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, and even though the home is near a larger street, you couldn't hear it at all in the house. Host was very helpful - even let my relative who lives locally stop by to check it out ahead of time. Two tips for future guests: 1) The bedroom right below the kitchen can hear everything going on in the kitchen - much more so than the other rooms. So put your early risers in there. 2) If you switch the diverter in the downstairs bathroom from bath to shower only partway, you get tremendously loud water hammer that reverberates through the house. So don't do that.

This is a great place to stay in Rockford! The layout of this condo makes it great for large groups to have privacy and lots of space. Arturo is a great host and every detail is taken care of to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

Arturo’s Airbnb is a truly wonderful place to stay. Plenty of comfy beds, bathrooms, and space as well as a fully equipped kitchen, entertainment room, and outdoor area. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, and Arturo was so nice, very attentive and communicative and our check-in process was easy and everything went smoothly. We can’t wait to stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Rockford!
