Nearby you have EL PLANO: a large nature reserve and picnic park.
You can climb to the top of the Sierra Cabreras without much effort: 1:30 hour walk.
Without forgetting cultural visits to each medieval castle in each town and village of the Valencian community.
SAX village: 14 minutes by car (5 kilometers)
A charming little town with many historic buildings in its old quarter.
Its castle really stands out from the city and is worth a visit.
It is 500 meters above sea level and overlooks the Vinalopo River, with its Monday market, restaurants and café terraces.
COLONIA SANTA EULALIA: A 15-minute walk away, the village is on the road to Hacienda Cabreras.
An agricultural colony built at the end of the 19th century which had its heyday
in the 1930s with the Madrid “jet set” of the time coming to have fun there.
This small village is on the way to Hacienda Cabreras,
so don't forget to stop there.
Town of VILLENA: 16 minutes by car (11 km)
Capital of the comarca of Alto Vinalopó: its castle, its Chapi theater (major zarzuela composer of the same name), its archaeological museum, its numerous restaurants, shops, bars & all the services of a city: Numerous supermarkets, Son very large market, tourist office, health center, banks, post offices, etc.
City of ELCHE: 40 minutes by car by direct motorway. The largest palm grove in Europe, a historic center of great beauty, numerous attractions and curiosities classified as world heritage sites by UNESCO.
City of ALICANTE: 50 minutes by car by direct motorway.
The capital of our region, topped by the Santa Barbara Castle, dominates the city and constitutes the most characteristic image of Alicante.
Its historic district, its esplanade on the edge of the port and its Ramblas, will allow you to discover many typical places.
Town of XATIVA: 1 hour by car via direct motorway.
Cradle of the Borja, its magnificent castle and its rich historical past.
City of BENIDORM: 1 hour by car by direct motorway.
Renowned for its nightlife.
2 large sandy beaches, Levante beach and Poniente beach, are bordered by promenades under palm trees.

- El Rebollo: One of the last still wild beaches in Spain. Possibility of naturism and without construction at the beach.
MOUNTAIN BIKING AND ROAD BIKING: The area is perfect for mountain biking with hundreds of trails and natural paths directly from the house.
Cycling is practiced on the many paved and quiet roads
also featuring steep climbs; it's no wonder that many international cyclists choose to train in the region.
The area has dozens of bicycle stores that sell parts and accessories and offer repair services.
RIDING SCHOOLS: Within 40 minutes by car.
GOLF: There are 2 golf courses within 30 minutes.

Having a car is necessary so that you can explore the region, and do your shopping in Sax (5 km) or Villena (11 km). At Alicante airport, low-cost vehicle rental.

50 minutes from the beaches (Rebollo, San Juan, Alicante…)

We are located at the foot of the Cabreras mountain and many marked trails leave directly from our apartments.

For those of you who prefer more relaxing activities, we are perfectly located for landscape painting,
photography or why not do nothing:
simply sit by the pool, admire the view, relax in the shade of the olive trees.

You will be immersed in a friendly and warm atmosphere, and you will feel at the same time, a change of scenery and like “at home”.
