Infra is good. A well decorated place with a huge space. The location is quite good and well connected. Other staff members, especially Rohit is well behaved and helpful. Day time staff is also customer friendly. Hosts are humble too. There is a need to change one staff member, night staff, who isn't appropriate as an Airbnb representative. A few improvements can be made, eg. facility of paid tea coffee, repairs required (refrigerator).

This is infact a lodge called "Shivalika" and i got confused as a private room attached to a dwelling house. The following are the pros & cons as per my experience. Pro's : Located on the Haridwar Main Road which is very close to Railway station & Bus Terminal. Very easy for guests to commute. ATM, Banks, Hotels all amenities located within a walkable distance. There are 2 Rooms of similar type located on the 2nd floor of this lodging house and the guests will be provided any one. The rooms are brand new , huge in size, very clean and attached balcony, with a seperate dressing room & Wash room. Room has a good split air conditioner Con's : This dwelling unit is located on the second floor. There is no lift and the steps are comparatively steep. Definitely very difficult for senior citizens. Wash room is fitted with high quality sanitary wares but not maintained properly. No scenic views from the balcony. Overall a good experience & if this property is provided with lift and well maintained bathroom this would be on par with a star hotel comfort. Value for money and perfect fit for youngsters and newly married persons. suggestion: Request to provide a set up for drying washed cloths.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Writing the detailed review to help tourists: Pros: 1. Prime Location & Easy Check-In 2. Communication, Hygiene, Cleanliness is perfect 3. Railway Station, Bus Terminal, Taxi / Auto Stand are at walking distance 4. Tourist attractions & Shopping Markets are near by 5. Restaurants and Bank ATMs are at walking distance, Zomato / Swiggy also works perfectly fine Scope of Improvement (No Cons just few things which will help to further enhance the experience): 1. Fridge in the common area 2. Hotel Tour post check-in in order to help guests to locate kitchen and living area 3. Define Room Numbers which will enable food delivery directly in the room 4. Room Service for Long Stays (>2 Days) Keep it up and All the Best!

What went well: 1. Best Location for travelling outstation as well as visiting ghats 2. The rooms are spacious and squeaky clean. What didn't go well: 1. Very bad check in experience. Since we came late our room was occupied by someone else, and meanwhile gave us a very unhygienic room temporarily to freshen up. 2. unwelcoming night staff. 3. No lift, plus staff didn't help with luggage, so had to carry ourselves over 2 flights of stairs. Overall not worth the premium paid over local establishments.
