This is my summer home. You will enjoy this peaceful natural setting just 2 1/2 miles north of Wallace and less than 20 minutes from Lookout Pass and Silver Mountain Ski Resorts. You can float down the North Fork of the Coeur d' Alene River or bicycle the Hiawatha or Trail of the Coeur' d Alene. There are miles of ATV and hiking trails. Large parking area for a RV or trailer. Well insulated for winter visits. There are many historic sites nearby including gold and silver mine tours. This is a 3 bedroom house with a 1.5 baths. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third one is set up as an office. There is a fireplace in the living room which has a couch and two recliner chars for watching TV. There is an unfinished basement down stairs with a washer and dryer. The attached garage has my car in it so you will need to park in the drive way. My property manage lives near by to respond to any issues which may arise. I have owned this house for 22 years and love Wallace and the surrounding area.

My house is 2 1/2 miles north of Wallace in an area known as Black Cloud. There is an old railroad right of way on the other side of the creek which provides a pleasant walk or cross country ski into Wallace. You can access the right of way by walking over a small bridge in the northeast corner of the property. It is an old bridge with a rope to steady you. THIS IS NOT MY BRIDGE AND IS NOT PART OF MY PROPERTY. IF YOU USE IT YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT MAY BE ICY IN THE WINTER. If you continue up the road about 1/4 mile there is a pond just after the road splits which is stocked with fish from time to time. The road to my house is plowed in the winter and we will make a best effort to have the drive way cleared of snow before your arrival. The road continues past my house over the hill to the North Fork of the Coeur 'd Alene River but the snow on the road is not cleared in the winter.
