一开始看了评论还有点担心，但是入住体验非常好，管家也很耐心每次都来给我开门，即便是在没有带钥匙和退房后；地理位置方便尤其准备巴士出行的旅友；房主也是很nice的和大家一起交流分享沙巴的旅行经验。总之值得推荐！ 房东互动：

the host did not give us an address when asked and said to meet at the bus stop at 7pm. the host was not there and I was forced to get credit on my phone to contact him. then when we were in the room, host demanded money from us as a 'deposit' which was not on AIRBNB. We told him this and he threatened that we would not be able to stay without the deposit. I still refused and started looking elsewhere which he then agreed we could stay. sadly, the bad experience did not end there. the toilet was leaking and we were moved rooms. both rooms smelt unpleasant and like sewage. which the host clearly recognised as he had hastily placed a defuser on the shelf. furthermore, the showerhead is over the toilet and completely inadequate to be called a shower. we told the host we would be leaving early in the morning. strangely, he then messaged me at 0630hrs asking why I hadn't left yet. overall, this was the worst Air BNB experience I have ever had and the experience upset my partner as she was quite scared by his behaviour. the only good thing I can say is that the location is good and next to the bus stop...if you can find it..

Location is good, just next to the Bus terminal. 5-10 min walk to the pier. The bed line and mattress/pillow are almost brand new. Super clean. Good value of money. I stayed 4 nights and quite enjoyed. The Host is quite friendly and responsive to any queries.
