Our beach house is comfortable and cosy, perfect for family holidays or get-away with friends. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub located upstairs. Downstairs you can find a living room with 2 sofas, spacious kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. The charming villa is located 50m from a sandy beach and is ideal for families with children or guests wiling to relax. Nevertheless, it takes only 1 minute on foot to get to the city centre of Niechorze, where big variety of restaurants, local shops and attractions can be found. For those interested in sport activities, the house is not far from the swimming pool, gym, courts and bicycle rentals. Moreover, there are plenty of opportunities to walk or cycle in beautiful surroundings – next to beach on the way to the light house or around the lake. If you get tired with all the tourists, you can just spend a cozy evening in the garden. Once the season is over, Niechorze is a perfect place to relax and charge the batteries, take a long walk along the beach and enjoy the moment. Please be aware, it is rarer quiet there during winter and most of the things are closed.
