The house was exactly as shown and was perfect for 3 couples visiting for a PSU football game. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In addition, Emily sent detailed instructions before we checked in and responded very quickly to a couple questions I had. I highly recommend this house and Emily to anyone visiting State College.

It's unfortunate that we had so many plans during our game weekend visit, because the house is absolutely lovely and we barely got to enjoy it! Emily was a wonderful host. Her house was warm, welcoming and absolutely spotless! I would highly recommend staying here!

Emily’s was not only beautiful, but everything was perfect. As soon as you open the door you feel relaxed. The house is in pristine condition along with all the bedding, baths & other furniture. The hot tub was also clean & ready to go. The fire pit was another nice feature that just made it a perfect place - home away from home:) We had a great time celebrating my son’s graduation & we’re happy that we picked her home over a hotel. It was better & it was nice to have all the space. Emily even left us a nice little sweet for our celebration.

This is the MOST BEAUTIFUL house in the most beautiful neighborhood! I was simply blown away at the accommodations Emily provided and the decor of the house was just so relaxing! She had everything anyone could possibly need for their stay in State College. I travel to State College frequently and will keep this property as my number one go-to for future stays. I am so impressed with this property and the host. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to State College.

Emily’s home is absolutely beautiful. It’s also very clean, with little amenities to make you feel comfortable and taken care of! Our communication with Emily was great and she was very welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend her place!
