The apartment is wery well located, within walking distance to the city center and to citta alta (approx 15-25 minutes). It is spacios, clean and it provided what we needed for our group. Kevin provided very clear instructions and responded promptly to my messages, which is very helpful.

Beautiful apartment, very Italian ☺️ Clear instructions, responsive host, very clean place. We stay only one night, it’s was a difficult to sleep because you hear all voices from the street during the night.

So, the good things: Very good communication upon arrival, easy self checkin. Nice apartment, beautiful iclusion of the old wooden beams, good compartmentation, 3 bathrooms, good beds, functional kitchen, good location in Bergamo, near the funicular and direct transportation from the airport. The bad things: No markets in vicinity, we arrived late at night and the host could have left at least a bottle of water. The paper towels, I think were about 10 in the kitchen. If we had any shops near this would have not been an issue and we could ignore it. No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, only liquid soap. In the morning you will be waken up at 6 or 7 AM by the bells of churches and traffic, there is no sound proofing, I felt I slept in the street. The major issue for us was the heating, although we had a temporary fix to reset the boiler, it only worked for a few hours after reset and we woke up in the cold with our blanket over our heads. It's not a 5 star accomodation nor cheap
