This sun-drenched apartment will fill you with energy as you enjoy the warmth and light of the sun. Our 65" flat screen T.V. has Netflix installed on it. The space is fully air-conditioned with easy access to the control panel. Our kitchen is equipped to meet all of your culinary needs! You will find a full-size refrigerator, gas stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a tea kettle. Cooking ware, bakeware, and dinnerware will be available as well. Additionally, we provide coffee to use with our French press and an assortment of teas for your enjoyment. We also offer our guests K-Cups to use with our Keurig coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. Clean sheets, towels, washcloths, and basic shower toiletries will be provided for your use. The full-size bathroom gives you the option of using the stand up shower. Shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can with trash bags, bath mats, hair dryer, and a first aid kit will be provided. This home is also equipped with full-size, front-loading washer/dryer. Take advantage of the community gym, work area, meeting, and outside dinning/lounging area which this home features. Feel free to clean and sanitize any high-touch areas at your convenience with the cleaning products which will be provided for you to use. Parking is available for $15 a night. It is located in the parking deck located right underneath the building. Many local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars are also a short distance away.
