No hot or warm water was available in the kitchen. I had to boil water to sanitize dishes. No hot water/warm water to wash your hands at the bath room sink. Hot water in the shower is a problem-there is not even distribution of hot water flow. At best the hot water does not stay on consistently. I asked around and others staying at the complex indicated they had the same issue with the hot water. The co-working space had restrictions on usage. Make sure you inquire about the hours that you can actually work in the space. I stayed over 30 days and I feel it cost too much for my stay given the issues encountered during my stay. Please note there are no hotel amenities. Too small for long stays beyond 2-3 days. If you do stay longer than 3 days note you will not have cleaning provided. Finally, the linen has seen better days and needs to be replaced immediately.
