THE LOCATION COULDN'T BE BETTER - 15 MIN TO WINERIES, 5 - 10 MINS TO NEW BUFFALO & WARREN DUNES & 5 MINS TO SAWYER! This home is very sunny and charming! The main floor consists of 2 bedrooms with comfy queen beds, 1 full bathroom, living room with gas fireplace to keep you toasty on cool evenings, kitchen with a table that seats 8 and doors that open onto the deck where the pool and hot tub are located! The 2nd floor master suite features the 3rd bedroom with a cozy king size bed and a bathroom with skylights, lofted ceilings, claw foot tub and shower. The laundry room is also on this level. The pool is heated up to 85 degrees Memorial Day - mid Sept. There is a hot tub that fits 5 that is right off the kitchen and we supply towels for guests to use. The pool and hot tub are surrounded by a tall wood fence for privacy. There is another bluestone patio with a Weber grill, a table that seats 8 and a firepit with Adirondack chairs. We also supply the firewood for guests to use while they stay! There is a private beach (on Lake Michigan) that we have access to, but it's a 10 min walk and 75 steps to get to the beach! It is worth it if you love the beach because it's not crowded like the public beaches. The kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker & pods, French press, regular coffee maker, children's dishes, blender, wine glasses, wine opener, platters, pots/pans, etc. If you need something specifically for your stay, just let us know and we will always try to accommodate! We have books, games, playing cards, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a small basket of things guests may need - cotton balls, Q-tips, etc. The home sits back away from the street (Red Arrow Highway). There is a train that goes down Red Arrow that impacts everyone up and down that area when it blows it's horn. There are sound machines, a fan and ear plugs inside the home for light sleepers! Our super cute sister property is 2 doors down and sleeps 4 (King bed and pull out couch). It has its own hot tub/ fire-pit etc. Contact us about booking for larger groups / families that want some separation. Both homes combined would sleep 12 (with 4 people on pull out couches)
