I’d like to start with a strong positive: the place was clean. Spotless even! 11 out of 10 for that and there was no issue with having my pup there, even though he’s a phat boi. Great price for the stay, too! We unfortunately had some trouble with communication. I understand that getting things worked out timely before day-of is important, and it even states to not rely on Chris’ response on the check-in date. I had however asked a few days in advance before check-in if we could check in early at 3pm. I was told if the cleaning crew was done early he would let me know. I began contacting Chris around 11am on check-in day to confirm. We had an event planned at 6pm and needed to leave our dog somewhere safe to grab dinner as it was too hot to leave him in our vehicle. We arrived at 2pm, no cleaning crew in sight. Everything I received was auto-messages and I received the check-in code at 4:11pm. To be clear Chris wasn’t obligated to accommodate us, but it would have been helpful.
