The doors in the downstairs carpark were broken so couldn’t find our way in or out, we eventually found a long way to get in and out. There was 2 dead cockroaches outside on the balcony and the tv in the room wasn’t working, the view was nice and the place was very close to everything

We stayed for 5 nights and overall our stay was great. The only negative thing was the parking instructions did not explain that you need to follow the blue line once you go through the boom gate, this will take you to residential parking instead of commercial where we ended up. There are also different lifts down in parking, one set will take you up to your room but the other will only take you to as high as level 2 which is pool, restaurant etc. This also was not explained in the instructions, so it wasn’t much fun for the first part working all that out. But other than that though our stay was great, apartment was clean and as described, comfortable beds, great aircon, perfect location! One thing also to mention would be you just need to take extra care supervising kids on the balcony as there is quite a large gap between the floor and the glass panels of the balcony, no fault of the owner it’s just the way the building is designed, but a child’s foot/leg could easy slip down it.

Communication - 0. Not once host ever responded to the emails about instructions for check in or responded to the concerns. 2. Untidy kitchen with unclean utensils. 3. Bad odour as soon as you come out of the lift. 4. Really difficult to find car park and access to general lifts. 5. Host did not even provided facial tissues or paper towel. Really annoying.
