Clef is really a nice host. She reply my messages always in time and quick! Her place was clean and comfortable. And the self-check in way was very easy. The checkin and checkout time was flexiable when I ask for early checkin due to I arrived at Manila in the morning.I stayed at her place for almost a month. Very convenient and safe cando. They have 24 hours security at the lobby, and the Residence staff are all polite and nice. A good experiences for stay in Pasay. You could order Grab food or grab car, even tried order Motorbike here. Good lacation to MOA , just 10 mins walk. There was a lot of Chinese restaurants at the first floor. Besides, MOA have a lot of shopping store and resaurants as well. Closed to Duty-Free store!

For public commuters, medyo malayo lang ang nilakad namin from MOA kaya super napagod ang 3yrs old ko. di ko kasi alam na may jeep na pwede sakyan 😅. Super good ang place for kids. And super responsive ng host. We rent to see the fireworks, sadly di pala kita doon dahil sobrang taas ng bldgs sa paligid. Next time, lalabas kami to see the fireworks, di lang kami naging ready at nakalabas kasi ayaw gumising ng anak ko. Gumagana ng bongga ang airconditioning nila! Kumpleto ang gamit, di lang ako nag ask kung meron extra blanket kaya sobra gininaw ang mother in law ko. 😅 Sa mga di mahilig sa chinese foods at ayaw maglakad sa MOA dahil sobrang laki, kung meron naman private vehicle, magdala na ng maiinom, makakain/maluluto dahil kumpleto ang kanilang kitchenwares. Sad lang mister ko for the parking kasi overnight kahit motor lang 400 na 😢. Not sure kung okay na yun for the price? (No idea sa price for cars hehe) Overall stay sa room, worth it! Clef was very accommodating and easy to talk to. The apartment were very cozy with toiletries, slippers etc. It also has a balcony with a great view of the pool. The checkin and check out process were smooth. A few hiccups within the pool area but it was not an issue with Clef but with the Guard on duty which was eventually resolved. We'll definitely going to stay here again soon! Huge thank you to Clef for being awesome and letting us have a memorable reunion with my friends! 😊

We are regulars at Clefs place. Everything you need is there! Clean, complete and great location! Plus points for the strict but friendly security and doormen. Makes us feel safe when we are staying here. Would highly recommend their unit!
