The house is located in the celebrated town of Aguada. Our neighborhood is called *Palmar Novoa II centered on Playa Guaniquilla. We are situated right in front of 1 of the only 2 surf breaks in the town. The park a few hundred feet down from the house *Monumento al Santuario Histórico Cruz de Colón, has an arts/craft festival every Saturday. Also in the park they have free Salsa lessons on Thursday nights. The Pico de Piedras beach is one of the most visited beaches for just enjoying the waves and views. Sundays are usually very popular and filled with families coming from all over to enjoy the beach.
SURFING DESCRIPTION: Pico de Piedras (BC's) Located on a public beach but never too crowded. An exposed beach and reef break that has consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds blow from the southeast. The ideal swell angle is from the north. There are left and right breaking reefs. The quality of the surf isn't affected by the tide but wind direction as any other break is key for whether it is clean or messy.

We are a short 15 min walk to downtown Aguada. Also we are just a 5 minute walk to some of the most popular beach bars and restaurants on Pico de Piedra. Rincon is only 15/20 mins away depending on traffic. The BQN Airport is about 20/30 mins away and of course you can checkout Crash Boat beach and everything that Aguadilla has to offer in that same 20/30 min timeline with a rental car or Taxi.
