Very inviting abode, everything included within the house for the day to day details . Although close to the main street of Payson- you actually don't notice this, certainly not from inside the house... the front porch is welcoming (here you might notice some noise from cars, but it is not obnoxious and NOT heard within the house). The seating area out front is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. On the weekends the antique store is across the street, and it's quite the treat! Bowling is also across the street and always a good time for all ages. If you prefer taking on the family for a game night challenge, there is a closet in one of the bedrooms with a nice selection of boardgames. It's a very pleasant excursion! tyvm~!~

The place was nice,however where you park you will get tree sap all over your vehicle, the back yard is shared you need to walk all the way around ,there is a gate down stairs but it has a padlock on it. The back patio has access to the backyard, but it's blocked due to a shred tenant on the other side. There is an eye sore refrigerator on the patio. Also, it is close to the main highway it can get noisy .If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is not the place. Communication with the owner was good.

PRO : Enjoyed the property. Much roomier inside than I expected. Patio was quiet and roomy. Beds were comfortable. We had some misteps setting up the reservation but Sima is quick to reply and we were able to get through it no problem. CON : Bathroom door hinge could use a shot of WD40 . We would stay there again.

Clean, comfy and perfect size for a bigger family. Located in the center of Payson. A great place to stay if you plan on heading up to the Rim, or hiking in Pine. I would stay again for sure.
