Great pad. As many have previously commented - excellent location v close to 1,2,3 and A,C,E subway. Easy walk to Chelsea Markets, Hudson River Parkway, the heart of Greenwich Village, Union Square, East Village. Quick ride to Times Square and Central Park, Financial District. V close to bodega on the corner of 7th and 15th… and a grocery store across the road. Plenty of dine in and takeaway options close by. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well appointed. Can’t go wrong with this place!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the apartment itself to the building and everyone who works there, everything was perfect. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, it’s actually even bigger in person than it looks online! The beds and couch were very comfortable, plus the apartment was super quiet at night. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we needed but honestly there are so many incredible restaurants in Chelsea / The Village that you won’t find yourself cooking very often. Our favorites in the area included; - Los Tacos Numero uno - Yanni’s (best coffee in NYC) - L&M Bodega for quick takeout The apartment was very clean as well. The only thing is the laundry room is right next to the trash in the basement (very common in NYC) so be prepared to see mice. They’re scared of humans so not a big deal at all but want to warn any future guests. 😊 TLDR; I cannot recommend this enough, it’s clean, well furnished, comfortable, and you will feel right at home!

Clean, new, and well-equipped for long-term stays. Great location. The only negative is that the building's laundry room is not very clean. There is however a laundromat/wash+fold right down the street.
