This was our 2nd stay at this place. We love it. Loretta is a wonderful host. The place is very comfortable and clean. We plan on booking for a week again next year. Perfect spot!

Spacious and impeccable accommodations for a family getaway. Loretta was very accessible if needed and we were greeted with some homemade treats upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Was greeted by Loretta, which we found a little awkward. She is the sweetest lady, but would much prefer entering and doing our own thing. Multiple phone calls/messages were had during our stay, when we would have rather some privacy. We initially booked the place thinking we had the whole house, when in actual fact its an upstairs of a house and the downstairs (an extra bedroom and bathroom) typically wasn’t rented, and we would have to pay an additional $85 a night that wasn’t listed on air bnb. We had to enter through the downstairs to get upstairs. We were already paying $280 a night for the upstairs. We thought the price was a bit extreme for rural Newfoundland and what it was. Although they were very accommodating and sweet, we were shackled to staying there due to the limited accommodations in the area. We would look for alternate accommodations if going back to the area, for a cheaper rate, not because of Loretta’s hospitality or cleanliness.

Quelle superbe semaine nous avons passé ! Une réservation de dernière minute et nous voilà dans cette merveilleuse maison, si bien agencée, où tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails. Notre joie aurait pu s’arrêter là, mais que dire de l’accueil de Lauretta et Gérard ? il est tout simplement fantastique. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous et nous avons partagé de délicieux moments ensemble Cette semaine ne sera pas que le souvenir d’un lieu magnifique mais celui d’une très belle rencontre
