Secluded and beautiful farm surrounded by 25 acres of farmland. Watch horses with their foals in the fields, and see the squirrels play in trees from your bedroom windows. Relax in the private pool, enjoy a game of tennis or learn to play snooker. Ideal for families or a romantic break for couples. Wander around some 10 acres of fields and woodland or walk along the river's edge. All private and exclusive. Remember to bring your walking boots or wellies. We can accommodate up to 7 people, please contact us for details. The main bedroom has a king size and looks onto our woodland and river. The second bedroom contains a king size bed, plus a small double / single bunk bed. Also looking onto our woodland and river. Bedrooms are into linked. The lounge is open space with a full kitchen and you can view the indoor pool through our large windows. All areas are on the same single floor, with the pool 5 steps down. The indoor pool has a full glass ceiling, so you can view the sky at night. There is a private courtyard / patio area which is connected by two different sets of patio door, with steps leading to our woodland, fields and river.

The whole stay was perfect from start to finish, Oksana greeted us when we arrived, showed us round and explained safety around the use of the pool. It was absolutely spotless and so spacious, we will 100% be coming back!
Oksana is a great host, very welcoming, warm and informative. She’s very friendly and approachable. The scenery is beautiful, nature all around with great views. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids and me. The holiday house was bigger than I thought. Clean, homely and full of character. We will definitely be back
We had a lovely time at the property and the facilities were great for the children. Regarding the bedrooms , the layout wasn’t exactly as described, which could be inconvenient especially during the night. Overall , our stay was enjoyable .
Just came back from the most relaxing weekend away ever. A super friendly welcome by Shane who showed us around the property and the pool, when we were sure there were no more questions we were left to enjoy our weekend. All we could say was WOW. Everything was of luxury quality like the beds, bedding, toiletries etc we had a great nights sleep. The swimming pool was just the icing on the cake it was amazing and true luxury. Everywhere was spotless and lots of information on the property like recycling etc. All in all can’t fault it blissful from start to finish. We will definitely be back 😊

Has local Co-op and Spar, just 3 minutes drive away. Local historic Caergwrle Castle. Just a few hours drive into Snowdonia, Llangollen or Bala Lakes. Historical Roman city of Chester is 20 minute drive. Beaches are about 40 minute drive. Several local pubs. Several local takeaway such as Indian, Chinese and Chip Shop. Historic Grade 1 listed Pack Horse Bridge is on our doorstep. Manchester and Liverpool just an hours driveaway too.
We are in the small Welsh village of Caergwrle. There are walks here and nearby shops such as Spar and Co-op. Several local pubs and takeaways. You can also drive to nearby parks or cities such as Chester, Liverpool or Manchester. Or travel to the outstanding beauty of North Wales and places like Bala Lakes, Llangollen and Snowdonia National Park.
