This place is quant and interesting. So many bedrooms, we could have brought 12 people with us! The lighting made the atmosphere fun. Great environment with endless coffee, giant televisions to stream music or sports, and relaxing, comfortable furniture, we had family social time in the main living room area that was perfect. The beds were very firm, just how we like. Devyn, the host is always helpful and communicative which I appreciate. Next time we come to Fargo we will try to book with him at one of his properties again. Thank you!

Great location & fun games w/ several areas for a large group to spread out. Linens & bathrooms were nice & clean but the house could use a deep clean & attention to detail: fridges not wiped out, dirty dish drainer & dish scrubbers, grimy stove, sticky DR table, ripped DR chairs, unvacuumed rugs, etc. I had to buy outlet power strips so we could use our laptops on the LR desk & DR table since there weren’t working outlets in usable places (I got reimbursed 2 days after we checked out) When I asked for a partial refund on the cleaning fee, Devyn agreed at first but then sent this message: “The owner wanted me to ask if the cleaning refund would have any impact on your review?” At that point, I contacted Airbnb. In the end even though Devyn declined my refund request, I got a 75% refund of the cleaning fee through Airbnb by sharing photos of the issues. I have attempted to be as unbiased as possible in this review, stating exactly the situation, both the good and the less than great.

The location was excellent. We were close to downtown Fargo, a few blocks from a good supermarket and other places of interest. The house was spacious and clean. There was more than enough room for our granddaughters and they enjoyed the games available at the house. The beds were very comfortable and having two large, comfortable tv viewing areas was great. We really enjoyed the house during our stay in the Fargo area.
